Return & Delivery Policy
Cheap hardware supplies goods to customers in all regions ofUganda from our base in Kasubi.
The cost of transport will be borne by the customer. The cost will depend on your choice of destination, carrier and the weight & volume of the goods ordered. Options available are as follows;
Transport within Kampala;
These transporters will normally deliver to your doorstep. Payment for transport can be made directly to the Company Account or in cash before delivery.
Transport outside Kampala.
- Customers out of kampala may get free transport if we are doing rout sales, other than that, transport costs are usually negotiated according to distance and quantity of goods being ordered for.
Please contact us to get an approximation on the cost of transport of goods ordered within and outside Kampala.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
Please contact customer service within 24 hours if you received a damaged / incomplete product. In this case the product should be returned including the attached receipt else the return process will be rejected.
We will check the product to be returned. If it is found that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the manner suitable for you.
Refund will be made within a maximum period of 5-7 days after the competent team receives the returned product .. If during the inspection process it is found that the product to be returned is free of the reason stated in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
The reason for the return must be in accordance with the terms of acceptance of returns
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
